1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, ANTEL grants permission to any person or organization to use, copy, modify, fork, remaster, adapt, distribute, publish, and commercially exploit software or code released under this License.

Modified versions and derivative works may be distributed under the same License, another license, or a proprietary license, including licenses that do not make the source code publicly available.


2. ATTRIBUTION

Any project that incorporates or is substantially based on code distributed under the ANTEL License must provide appropriate credit to ANTEL as the original licensor of the ANTEL-licensed code.

The following notice, or a substantially similar notice, must be included in the project's documentation, credits, README, or another reasonable location:

"This project uses ANTEL code: [CODE_PROJECT_NAME]"


3. MODIFICATIONS AND DERIVATIVE WORKS

You are not required to publish the source code of your modifications.

4. VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION

ANTEL requests, but does not require, that approximately five percent (5%) of any profit generated from a project substantially based on ANTEL-licensed code be voluntarily allocated to the original project creator or to ANTEL.

This contribution is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for receiving or exercising the rights granted by this License. However, ANTEL recommends such contributions to help support the continued development, maintenance, and preservation of the project.


5. REDISTRIBUTION
